• Payment & Refunds: All payments must be made in advance. Refunds are only applicable in case of errors from NMDC’s end.
• Appointments & Cancellations: Patients must follow appointment schedules. Cancellations should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Liability: NMDC holds no responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from test results or service delays.
